We look forward to welcoming you to our Drag Brunch shows, Live Music, Specialty Drag Shows, Sunday T-Dances, and Celebrity Hosted Events! We understand plans can change, so please review our policy carefully before purchasing your tickets.
Refund and Exchange Policy for Customer Requests
Our policy is structured to allow us to best manage seating, staffing, and all the glitter-prep required for our shows.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Credit
We love a dramatic entrance, but please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for the following:
- No-Shows: If you purchase a ticket and miss the curtain, you forfeit the ticket price.
- Requests within 24 Hours of the Event: As detailed above, requests made within 24 hours of the event start time are eligible only for a credit, not a cash refund.
Policy for Queen Interruptions and Rescheduling
Sometimes, even royalty needs an adjustment! If a performer “shablams” and can’t get back up, or if any other major interruption requires us to reschedule the event, you will be notified immediately, and you will have the following options:
- Full Refund: You may choose to have a full refund issued to the original payment method.
- Transfer to Rescheduled Event: You can opt to have your ticket automatically transferred to the new date and time. Your original ticket will remain valid, ready for the next spectacular show!
Processing Refunds and Credits
- Refunds: All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
- Credits: Credits issued for cancellations within the 24-hour window will be recorded in our system. You can redeem them by contacting our box office or management team.
