Entertainment programming at Oscar’s Palm Springs is produced and presented by the Oscar’s Palm Springs Cultural Arts Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization exempt from federal income tax.

Please note that ticket purchases are not tax-deductible. However, separate charitable donations to the Foundation may be tax-deductible, subject to applicable law.

Oscar’s Palm Springs Cultural Arts Foundation Goals:

  • Supporting, producing, and presenting cultural, artistic, and educational programming;
  • Preserving and promoting performing arts, live entertainment, music, theater, and community-based cultural experiences;
  • Providing accessible arts programming to the general public, including underserved communities;
  • Supporting artists through educational workshops, performances, and cultural initiatives;
  • Supporting meaningful employment for people with disabilities;
  • Supporting LGBTQ+ artists through artist pageantry, outreach, and LGBTQ+ community programming.
